The Kidi-Gym program offers your child a safe, fun, positive & healthy environment in which to learn the fundamentals of gross motor development as well as gymnastics.
Kidi-Gym gives your child the base to excel in any sport they decide to take part in. It also develops the necessary skill to enable your child to become a well-balanced gymnast in the future.
Once your child has completed the year(s) of Kidi-Gym they can move on to the Academy where we offer Recreational, Competitive and High-Performance Artistic Gymnastics for Girls.

Gymnasts attend classes at our premises in 13, Du Toit street in Paarl.
KidiGym 3yrs to Gr.R.
Classes run throughout the morning starting at 7h30 and the last class starts at 14h30.
We have small groups of a maximum of 15 gymnasts with 3 coaches per group.
We do an evaluation on gross motor development midyear and end of year Prize Giving with a display, where the gymnasts receive their certificates and medals.
There is club clothing that can be ordered.

Kids Gymnastics has proven to assist with child development such as coordination, self-esteem, and self-confidence.
The sense of discipline instilled by gymnastics training is incredible and it teaches listening skills and goal-setting. Kids Gymnastics develops strength, and flexibility and provides social interaction with peers. Lindi’s Kidi-Gym also aids and develops cognitive abilities to help in the classroom and enhances skills in other sports.
