Our Adult Gym classes are open to all levels — complete beginners, returners and former gymnasts alike.
Classes focus on mobility, strength, flexibility and skill work in a welcoming, non-competitive format. Whether you want to get fit, learn something new, or reconnect with a sport you love - there is a place for you here.
Classes run Mondays and Wednesdays.
Two sessions a week. Drop into one or both - your pace, your progression.
