Hoops & Beams
Gymnastics improves all-around muscle strength and is fantastic for balance and posture. We build up a lot of muscle density and strength. This is important whether it be balancing on a beam, sitting at a desk in class, or walking upstairs or along the street.
At our Kidi Gym, we don’t just teach gymnastics… We also teach life skills such as taking turns, listening skills, executing instruction and helping each other!
