Kidigym “ballooning” this week! 😜 our Girls High-grade R girls working on their flexibility.

Stretching is an important part of avoiding injury before any athletic activity, including gymnastics. Using colourful balloons the stretching sessions is not only a fun training exercise for the children but it also develops flexibility skills, hand-eye coordination, and balance.

If your child takes gymnastics classes, it’s essential to get them to class on time to allow for plenty of warmups.
